Start your day by dancing!

Instead of starting your work day in the usual way—buckle down, get serious, make lists, kill the fun, etc.—flip the script and dance!

Put on your favorite music, let go of your thoughts, and dance up a crazy storm for ten minutes!

It can center you into the right state of mind and body, and set a more joyous frame for your day.

Dancing is as old as humanity.

9000 year old Australian Aboriginal art, 6000 year old Indian paintings, and 5000 year old Egyptian tomb paintings all depict various forms of humans expressing themselves with their bodies.

Some of it was a form of communication before the advent of spoken language; some was used in ecstatic trance states for healing rituals; and some was the centerpiece of spiritual ceremonies.

Moving you body helps you express your deepest feelings and impulses—before your mind gets in the way.

Life starts with what you feel, so why not begin your day by expressing your feelings directly through your body?

You might even want to move to my new single, “High Fire”! : )

Dance on!
