Start your week by processing what blocks you!
Our processes have two parts—who we think we are and who we’re meant to become.

We identify with our known self / comfort zone, and fear or remain unaware of what’s on the other side—our greater, more evolved self.

Between these two parts lies everything that blocks us from becoming this more aware, developed person.

This is our growing edge.

It consists of our limiting beliefs and fears.

The way to go over your edge is to process what blocks you!

By doing this you may experience a breakthrough, or perhaps just take a baby step, or you might simply raise your awareness of what’s going on in your psyche.

But it all moves you down the path.

Oftentimes, we have no idea of what lies on the other side of our edges; this takes deep processing to discover.

However, we all have something in our lives we consciously want to do but can’t do it.

Try this:

Choose something you want to do—internally or externally—but feel blocked.

Visualize yourself doing this thing and something stopping you from doing it.

Make the part that stops you into a character.

Who’s the character and how does it stop you?

What fears does it paralyze you with or beliefs does it confuse / oppress you with?

Talk to the blocker and then listen to its replies. Or better yet, playact it, voice its words, and then be yourself responding to it.

Go as far as you can in the dialogue.

Argue, teach, learn, feel your power.

Can you get the part that blocks you onto your side?

Can you convince it to let you go over your edge?

Or perhaps it has something to teach you.

Or maybe just learning what blocks you is enough to get you moving.

Return to this dialogue as often as possible; it’s an unfolding process and will take you in the right direction.

Rock yer day!
