If you only focus on what’s negative in your life you miss the fact that your symptoms, pain, and conflict contain meaningful messages. These messages manifest as problems because they’re blocked from your awareness. They aren’t intrinsically negative but rather are symptomatic expressions of your deeper self trying to come to consciousness. Get fixated on this process, not on its momentary negative manifestation.
