Start your week by connecting with your highest dream!
What’s your highest dream for yourself?

I don’t mean something external like a million dollars or the perfect relationship, although those are great things.

I mean what state of Being do you seek? Who do you want to be? How do you want to feel? What do you want to do?

We tend to focus on outer situations but at our core we seek certain inner states of awareness.

Try this:

Contemplate your highest dream.

Imagine living it.

See yourself doing it.

Sense it.

Feel into it.

Amplify the feeling.

See and feel yourself in this new mode.

Then, stand up and walk around the room and feel it in your body. Express it in your posture, movements, and energy.

Once you have a good sense of it, imagine relating to people from this way of being.

Then, imagine how you’d be in the world.

You can even use this way of being to explore your relationship to the cosmos, existence, death, eternity, etc..

We don’t integrate new processes until we can do them internally, in relationship, and in the world, so experiment with actually being this way with people.

Throughout the process notice and identify what stops you from actualizing this high dream. What fears, beliefs, etc. block you?

Feel into and dialogue with these obstacles.

Go as far as you can each day.

Connect with your highest dream!
