The most important part of personal growth is training your awareness so you can use it in a conscious, controlled manner. This involves learning the art of neutral, non-judgmental, objective self-observation and the directing of your focus.

Transforming your problems requires you to identify your perception of their subtle details, and to direct your focus to these elements so you can process them. In this episode, I lead you through an exercise that trains your awareness by doing a body scan. You’ll learn essential tools required for tapping into the underlying processes driving life issues such as depression, anxiety, attention deficit, post-traumatic stress, delusions, relationship conflict, and many other common issues.
