Raise yourself higher!

Raise yourself higher!
Start your week by raising yourself higher!

You have so much more strength, power, resilience, and creativity than you realize.

Vision yourself having made a change you need to make.

Imagine it.

Feel it.

Stand up and walk around the room embodying it.

How will you relate to people in this new way of being? Imagine doing it.

Get a solid sense of it and enjoy the feeling.

Then identify the inner thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that block you from making this change.

Which part of you thinks and feels these things, for example, your inner mother or father?

Use your whole body, mind, and spirit to talk to this part of yourself every day.

Dialogue, debate, argue, punch a pillow, do a power dance, educate, learn, and inch toward transformation.

Go higher!
