Each of us has an imagination of our ideal self. It lives explicitly in our thoughts, or implicitly in our desires. It’s an image of who we could be if we reached our full potential–an intuition of our most realized self in our inner life, relationships, work, and perhaps our spirituality. However, there are obstacles that block us from connecting with this more whole version of who we are. This exercise shows you how to identify and process these obstacles.
