Adam Zwig may not yet be a household name but he oughta be. In fact, with his new release, "Visions of the Shimmering Night", he seems to have established himself as one of the premier singer songwriters of our time. I say, "seems to have" because, while his songs are exquisitely crafted pop-folk gems on the level of Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and other classic artists, he has yet to reach a critical mass in his public exposure. But it's only a matter of time. Zwig burst on the scene in the late nineties with his popular rock band Shapeshifter, who scored the radio hit, "My Enemy". In the early 2000's Zwig went solo and has since put out 4 albums. "Visions of the Shimmering Night" is his latest and it shows his steadily increasing singer - songwriter craft.
